 The perfect dish 😍

On this occasion we present the fusion of two dishes much loved by Peruvians, a rich causita and a ceviche enhanced with a powerful tiger milk, it is an extraordinary combination. Lots of people like eating causa acevichada. Ceviche is the flag dish of Peru, it is known internationally.

Ingredients:

For the cause:

- Cooked Yellow Potato - 300 (grams)

- Yellow chili paste - 4 (tablespoons)

- Lemon Juice - 2 (tablespoons)

- Vegetable Oil - 1 (tablespoon)

- Avocado - 1/2 (unit)

- Mayonnaise - (to taste)

Ingredients:

For the tiger milk: 

Fresh White Fish - 100 (grams)

- White Onion - 1/8 (unit)

- Red Onion - 2 (tablespoons)

- Celery - 2 (stalks)

- Garlic - 1 (clove)

- Ginger - 1 (tablespoon)

- Lemon Juice - 350 (milliliters)

- Fish Broth or water - 350 (milliliters)

- Salt to taste.

Ingredients:

For the ceviche: 

-Fresh White Fish - 200 (grams)

- Chopped Ají Limo - (to taste)

- Finely chopped cilantro - (to taste)

- Red Onion - (to taste)

- Tiger Milk - (amount needed)

- Ají Limo - 1 (slice)

- Lemon Juice - (amount needed)

    For assembly:

 - Cover the cause with ceviche.

 - Bathe with plenty of tiger milk.

 - Gurnish with feather cut red onion, chili pepper slices and coriander leaves.

 

                                                            




 





          My eating habits

My eating habits for now are as a college student. I have my breakfast at 07:20 a.m. every days. I eat sandwiches or cereals with milk and drink orange juice. On Saturdays and Sundays, I have breakfast between 10 and 12, because I sleep more than on university days. 

Lunch at home every day between 1 and 2 o'clock. In my opinion, the main meal of the day is at lunchtime. For lunch at most. Like potatoes with salad or vegetables, fish or meat. Sometimes I eat food from other prepared meals. Once a week I eat in a restaurant, usually fast food. I also eat soup. For dessert, I always eat a piece of fruit first and then sometimes like cookies, cakes, ice cream or chocolate.

 I have dinner at 8 o'clock. For dinner, I just eat a little. Like a toast, a tea and a fruit. I rarely eat full meals for dinner.

I like all fruit. I love apples, strawberries, and oranges.

I like vegetables, especially salads. I love broccoli.

 I drink water, milk and juice. I love capuccino.

On weekends I usually eat take out or go out to eat, because my sister is tired from her long working days of the week.

MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT


Sabor a Fiesta

My favorite restaurant is Sabor a Fiesta, located on Putumayo Street #600 on the same corner with Moore, where the food is very delicious, my favorite dish is Chinese box pork and wood-fired chicken, not to mention the ribs at the BBQ, they sell a variety of dishes, including our flagship dish, the ceviche, the service is very good and the prices are super cheap.




The menu is awesome there is a variety of dishes from the three regions "costa, sierra and selva".
The desserts are very delicious, my favorite is the chocolate cake and finally the restaurant Sabor a Fiesta is a lovely place, I usually go on sunday with my family.💖
